Hi, welcome to BE.

It may well be possible, but without knowing a lot more about you, we can't say. You'll need to check your visa eligibility yourself, start here - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration...nada-tool.html

If that says you may be eligible to apply via Express Entry, then that's great as it means you qualify as a Federal Skilled Worker and can apply to enter the Express Entry 'pool' of applicants. But once in that pool, only those scoring the highest on the CRS are selected and invited to apply for PR, you can check your score for that here - https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigr...d/crs-tool.asp

You'll need above approx 450 as a rough guide. If you're asked about score for an English test, just guess at your level for now, it's only to give you an idea. There are lots of other visa routes too, but that's the quickest and easiest way for most, so check that first and let us know what they both say.

HTH.
