TWP via E-mail?

TWP via E-mail?
On the application form for the TWP (IMM 1295) box 2 states-
My current mailing address. All correspondence will go to this address unless you indicate your e-mail address below, thereby authorizing correspondence, including file and personal information, be provided to the specified e-mail address.
Does this mean that if you provide your e-mail address the TWP will be sent via e-mail instead of through the post? ( a quicker option surely).

Unlikely, they will communicate with you by email, but won't send the TWP.
