Default TWP Question

Hi, could anyone help me with the following. If I am working on a TWP (skill type B) and want to change companies, would my new employer have to go through the LMO route before I could have my permit changed. Also, my son is also coming to Canada, but he will be unable to work.I was thinking about him applying for BUNAC ,but he is not 18 until March. From what I have read on these forums it sounds like all BUNAC applications will have gone come March.Any comments or advice will be much appreciated.

1. You would require a new LMO and a new work permit before starting work for a new employer.
2. Your son, unless he received a Bunac wp would be out of luck as most likely they will be gone by March, he should check then.

Thanks for reply PMM, would it just be a matter of contacting bunac, to see if there were any left.

Yes, their web site: http://www.bunac.org/uk/workcanada/applying.aspx will state when the non-students are finished.
