TWP with PNP questions re OH
1: I am currently in Canada on a BUNAC visa which expires Oct 14th. The section 'Work Permits' in the Nomination Documents states to contact my program advisor a minimum of 60 days before the expiration of the current work permit. As I have just under that remaining on my current work permit could anyone advise what steps I am required to take in order to apply for a new Temporary Work Permit if different from the steps provided in the Nomination Document.
2: Following on from above, when applying for a Temporary work permit, would I use the form to apply for a new work permit or the form to extend my current work permit.
3: My Spouse also has a BUNAC visa which expires Oct 14th. On applying for a Temporary Work Permit for myself, will she also need to apply for a Temporary Work Permit aswell.
4: If we do not receive a Temporary Work Permit prior to the expiry of our current BUNAC permit, is it legal for BOTH of us to continue to work under Implied Status?
