Landed at Toronto yesterday and got my TWP issued (was pre-authorised by CHC London) - however, for the dependents section (didn't bother with/need OWP or Study Permit), it has the wife's surname spelt incorrectly, but both mine and my son's are correct She has a photocopy of this permit stapled into her passport. I'm guessing this may cause problems at the border later on a re-entry, which will happen frequently as we live on the border (Windsor). What should I do to get it corrected? Ring the call centre number on the back of the TWP?

Also, the guy has put down the work location as "Toronto", even though I specifically told him that the office is in Ottawa but I will be based at home in Windsor - does this matter, should I get this changed also?

Didn't think to check them at the time as the guy folded them all up neatly into the passports and handed me back all three at once...

I don't know the answer to any of that, but you can get to Canada border services without leaving the country here - park up in the Scotiabank carpark and cross over to the tunnel customs/immigration office - you could go in and ask them? No idea if they can help, but if you get any grief later on you'll have the name and number of the officer who told you it didn't matter or whatever

When I got my TWP at Calgary two weeks ago the officer stamped my nationality as British on the permit even though I'm Irish with an Irish Passport.
