two quick questions

hi i have two questions
1.can i pay the processing fee in US dollars? if so, what kind of rate should I use?
what if the rate changes and my fee will not be enough after several weeks?
2.how many forms should I fill out. i know i have to fill out IMM0008 and IMM5406.
But i also got one IMM 1052 form, should i fill it out? thank u very much for
your help rat

Hi:
Some Canadian Visa Posts do not accept US dollars.
The posted rate for US dollars is:
$325 USD for application fee $65 USD for dependent under 19 years of age. $635 USD
Right of Landing fee.
You should fill out and sign both forms in triplicate.
