Default Travel Document for Permanet Resident Abroad

I have to travel to India on Business trip this Saturday for approximately 2 weeks. I re-entered canada about 2 weeks back and completed my permanent resident process. I have not yet received my permanent resident card so I will have to apply for the "Travel Document for Permanent resident Abroad" in the Canadian Consulate in New Delhi, India.

I am have couple of questions regarding the Travel Document application.

1. Part 1 , Number 9 ask me for the Confirmation of Permanent Residence Number. Can you please tell me what is this number. Because there are three different numbers on the form "Confirmation of Permanent Residence"
a) file number B.....
b) client id number ......
c) doc no T......
Which number do I have to write ?

2. In Part 2 Section I.e Residency obligation it ask about 720 days (2 years) presence in Canada. When I leave Canada I will be having only 2 weeks of stay in Canada after I became permanent resident. Will this affect anything ?

I would really appreciate if you can provide me the above information.

Thank you,

Give them the "T" number, and just explain that you only landed 2 weeks ago and you are waiting for your PR Card.
