Default Transferable Funds, more advice please Mr Miller/experts

Hi Mr Miller,

thankyou for all you previous advice on proof of settlement funds.

Would you mind telling me if a fixed or time deposit statement is an account
where funds are 'tied' up to earn interest and would usually need a few
months notice to be able to access the funds?

Or do the required funds need to be in an account where the money can be
accessed immediately?

Many Thanks,

Alison.

Thanks Mr Miller,

Are you saying that the funds can be in an account where you have to give
notice to withdraw?

Sorry if this is a silly question, I just need to confirm that I'm
understanding the definition of 'fixed or time deposit account statement' in
UK terms.

Many Thanks,

Alison.
