Default transferable funds

hello all
we are about to return our 90day forms and just want to clarify whether I can provide our bank statements and do the conversion myself into canadian dollars based on the exchange rate of the day; Or do I haved to have this on an official letter from the bank showing the exchange;
many thanks

I just did it myself; I'm guessing that's all we need to do unless anyone else knows any different. Although, I don't think it matters too much as long as you have the appropriate unencumbered funds available.

We just sent copies of UK bank statements and a print-out from our online account. Didn't bother doing conversions - let them work that one out!!!

I sent copies of all my bank statements and attached a letter showing the Canadian quivalent, using an online exchange website.
I'm sure they do their own calculations anyway but I did it to show willing
