Transfer file
Can my file be transfered from one visa post to another due to me relocating? I filed at Buffalo, NY and I may relocate to another country. I filed the first week of November, so I did not get a file# yet. Or would it be just easier to withdraw the application and file again at the new visa post? I appreciate your help anyone

Hi
Buffalo says they don't transfer files. So your decision, withdraw and refile or hope that you if have to attend an interview, you are able to get a US visitor visa if needed.

Would i get a refund for my application fee if i fax them a request to withdraw the application?
