A tough question about my Skill Worker Application, Mr Andrew Miller please help.
I received post-graduation work permit one years ago and the Offer Letter I used to apply for that work permit said my job title was "Customer Service Manager's Assistant". However, I actually did the duty as a Customer Service Manager, but my company just didn't want to write the title as a "manager" to a new employee at that time. Surprisingly, the post-grad work permit I received states "Occupation: Other Business Service Manager" and also restated that at the "Remark" section.
Now I wanna apply PR and my company said they can write a reference letter saying I'm a "Customer Service Manager". My question is: if I just submit my application saying I'm a "Customer Service Manager" with this company for a year, any problem might occur? Would CIC officer in Vegreville scan the Letter of Offer into the computer system so officer in Buffalo can view it?
Any advice would be appreciated.
