(Yup, I think we were the last London PPRs - and we had to send in copies of ALL pages of passport, even though visa exempt. Not a big deal, just added a bit longer to the process. They wanted updated photos too for the COPR docs. )

Congrats on your news, our application was received on 20 august! Still just says appn received. We had medicals over 2 months ago and sent all the other paperwork thru. Still nothing.
Had to shell out for yet another renewal of the temp visas!
Getting very impatient now, especially since son not doing so great in school right now so if they want more info/investegation it will be considerably less favourable now than it was then.

(bc pnp, son has aspergers, an autistic condition)

Thanks TJ,family_of_4 and Violets! Guess celebration will really start once we have arrived and realised: Ooops, it's for real..
Get well soon to your daugher,Violets, and have a good flight and a fast processing at immigrations.
Pave the way a little bit for us, once you are done, we will be arriving next Friday at 07.32 pm in Peg, but we are a little bit nervous because we have 2 hours only in Toronto, our POE.
Right now we are back home, saying farewell to my mum, doing some renovations there, gardening, decluttering and so on.

I would like to say it is "better on the other side" but...

...at the moment I am pulling teeth from insurance company "agents" trying to get letters of no claims etc in the acceptable form for Canada. I never thought it would be so difficult to extract some simple factual information.
