Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London
Re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London
Everyone sends their application to Mississauga to start - this is for sponsor approval and a few other small things, they then decide where to send the application for phase2 processing - hold it in Mississauga, or forward it to London. Re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London
Makes sense. Thanks for the info!
Personal history section on the IMM5669E form - 2 questions.
1. From Dec 2015 - Dec 2016 I was in Vancouver on a working holiday visa but working remotely for a British company. What country should I put here and if Canada what status and activity type? This further becomes an issue when from Dec 2016- May 2017 I was in Vancouver on a tourist visa working remotely for the same British company.
Same issue from Nov 2014- April 2015 when I was living in France (not on any visa as it's EU) but working for a British company in their French office. What country, status in country and activity type should I put?
2. Four years before this I had multiple jobs in Whistler at the same time, do those split into different sections or do I just pick one? i.e. are they looking for the location I lived in or the jobs I was doing?
Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hmm, as I'm not 100% on my answer, I'm going to suggest you post this question in a new thread so a few more will see it and then we can go from there. I'll respond on your new thread.

Hiya HaB
We've had another request (dated 20 Nov 17) this time for a medical, so I guess this could be added to the 'Notes' field in the spreadsheet.
It's all go,now!

Re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London
I just checked application with GCkey it says...
We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Not sure what date it changed, I hadn't checked for about a week.
It's fantastic to see things moving forward!

Spreadsheet updated.
Re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London
Just been looking at the spreadsheet. I can probably fill in a few more boxes for completeness; it was confirmed on 15 Nov 2017 that the PR application for my spouse and dependents will be processed at CPC Mississauga.

Re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London
Two full months and have not even received AOR1. Have rang twice and on the 2nd call I was told that ''my application hadn't launched yet''. I asked the reason why and was told he didn't want to speculate but could see that it should have moved onto the next stage and he would email the office to get them to start processing (that was Wednesday). Today on MyCIC I can see my details but only showing as ''Application received''......no AOR but telephone update does state that they don't need fingerprints, no interview, no additional doc & my review of eligibility not started yet.

I think we're getting close now... no movement last week, and then just now I checked, and my CIC says Background Check in Progress, logged into ECAS and it says Decision Made!
