There is much hope now on processing progress. Don't worry, it will be our turn next week to be in process and medical request. Just be HAPPY

Does this mean mine is not "really" in process?

I'm starting to get confused by the whole thing!!

I dont think so, more likely that ECAS has not been updated!

To be honest i still worry, i think the rapid review could be more to do with being able to identify those applications whos NOC is not on the new list and then the new rules being applied retrospectivly. I hope i am wrong, but i think there are too many applications in process for them all to expect med requests in the next 6-12 months as CIC wont want to flood canada with immigrants over night.

I agree

If you look at all the recent in process applications they all seem to be on the old list of 38 and not on the list of 29

My ecas has also not changed

Hope i am wrong and we all get there in the end

We're not on the new list...

do you think they may still chuck out the ones "in process" on some retrospective ruling?

I wouldn't have thought it possible... but then I wouldn't have thought chucking out all the pre-2008 applicants was possible either....
