[QUOTE=Bali2010;8534928]good luck with the trip Gaz - hope by now you have PPR & can land at the same time.
have a great time - the Okanagan isn't it?
I'm visiting Kelowna in July & am counting down already.
Cheers Bali
No PPR as of yet , hopefully sometime soon
We will be based in Kamloops for the first few months/years living with my family till we are sorted with where we wanna settle and live and work. Hence my interest in the Okanagan ..
Gonna spend the first few months travelling , sightseeing and deciding where we want to call home :0) it might end up being Kamloops but theres so many great places its hard to decide ...

OK, concerned it is then..... Just got a call from our immigration people saying CHC has requested further tests from me
I have to take a sputum test to confirm that whatever they've found on my x-ray is 'inactive' TB I went into an immediate panic and looked up the symptoms of TB on the net and I don't have any single symptom listed. I also had the BCG injection at school.
that this will turn out to be just a set back in our application and nothing horrible can't help but worry though.......

Dear Martin and friends, I need your advice!
Just returned home after a long-experienced 'volcanic ash-related back-log'. Good news is: I got the brown envelop from London office requesting for medicals and a specific form.
I am a bit concerned about the specific form. They wanted me to submit:
"Completed Immigration Summary and Supplemntary Information form for you and each family member over the age of 18. Available at: www.UnitedKingdom.gc.ca/visas/forms-formulaires-eng.asp#permanent"
I am afraid I couldn't locate the form anywhere in their website through the search button. Also, the website they mentioned (as above) is defunct with an 'error' message.
Could you suggest me how I should avail the form please?
Sincere apologies if this question has been earlier discussed in this forum.

I am afraid that I do not know what they mean by the specific form as our medical requests simply came with another form for our passport details. Could it be the passport request form which they are now accessing via the website?
If I were you I would send a quick case specific email to CHC London if you are still uncertain. I am sure it will be settled quite simply by email.
Cheers

[QUOTE=Martin99;8536729]Bon voyage, Gaz.
Received a reply from CHC this Morning
We have received your medical results, bank draft and documents. The fee is waiting to be processed and your file and documents have not been passed to me yet.
I will email our final requirements letter to you as soon as I am able to - presumably you will still access this email account from Canada? It will be very clear from our letter what we require.
Cheers Gaz
Roll on Friday....
