Time frame for PR application whilst already living and working in Canada
I just thought I would log on and check my PR application status and wish I hadn't! So theres a strike in London Anyway Im on a Temporary work visa and have had a PR application in for 5 months now which is being processed. I thought I would look on the Embassy sites for the processing times and wish I hadn't! It used to state 6-8months for PR applications for Federal skilled worker applications with arranged employment but now it just directs you to the London site quoting 20 months for 80% of the applications (when not striking)
Anyone got any information on skilled workers already working applying for PR
Thanks Martin.

I applied through the PNP route while in Canada, the process took 13 months (Sept 2010 - Oct 2011)
