Time frame for negative answer
 

Dear Experts,

Can you tell me if my papers are not accepted how long does it take to receive a
negative answer from the officials? Is it in a few months (3-4) from the day of
handing in the indipendat application??

I'm having the same thoughts at the moment - are applicants told immediately of rejections for example due to insufficient numbers (ie the quota has already been reached for the year) or is the application simply held into the next opening - when do cut-off dates occur?
