Hello (or should I start saying "Hi"?)
I am doing the PNP through Quebec. Nominated by Quebec Oct 2012. Sent app for PR to London Nov 12; London accept they received our app for PR January 2013. They started processing (they say) in November 2013. Medical reports requested and done in January 2014. Then asked for police reps and PRF (permanent residence fee) in Feb and these were received by them 20th Feb 2014. So, all I need to do is done and we are at the "end" of the process.
Does anybody have experience of how long they take to issue the visa, after payment of the PRF?
Thanks.

Hi, and welcome to BE.
Sorry, but there's really no definitive answer to this. It'll depend on how long your background checks etc take, and it could be anywhere from a month to 11 months or even longer (we've had people on the forum before that have taken nearly a year from medicals to actually receive PR and then had to 'land' with only a few days notice!).
Best of luck, hope it's not too long for you.
