Is there a way to move my Sponsorship/PR forward?
 

I am a Brit. I am in Canada... I have no connection to Afghanistan or Ukraine. I applied outland for Spouse sponsorship

As a Brit my PR application was forwarded to London for processing. London also deals with 19 other countries including Afghanistan. During the recent Afghan crisis the London office was swamped and stopped processing any applications that were not from Afghanistan.

I then received a message stating that my PR is granted and that if I am in Canada I would be landed virtually for which I should submit a webform to...... the Kyiv (Ukraine) office..... and we all know what happened next. Kyiv are not processing any application not related to the Ukraine crisis.

Question: Is there an office in Canada I can submit my passport copy etc to? Can I post it to a VACs office outside Canada? (I tried contacting the London VACs and they just sent me an automated email after six weeks saying "Sorry we didn't answer your email... try emailing us again".
