Default thanks for Mr. Miller's answers on my case

Mr. Miller,
My case is:
Apply for skill worker in buffalo on Feb 01
Case transfer to LA on Nov 01
Medicals done on Dec 01
Interviewed in LA on Dec 02 and get another medicals form the same day
next day for special interview of my spouse
Second medicals done on Dec 02
Till now e-client shows in process
My questions are
1. IF I want to ask about my status by fax, Do I need to fax LA or
Buffalo?
2. Does it mean that they had finished our background checks, then we
were interviewed?
3. Will My spouse's special interview delay our whole process?
4. IF my spouse specific work field does not pass the background
checks, will we all be rejected? or only my spouse will be rejected?
5. Now we are living in UK for over six months, if CIC ask us to
update our documents, Does it mean that our background checks will
start over again?
We have waiting such a long time and hope it won't happen.
Mr. Miller, please help us on these above.
Thanks.

1. LA

2. No, it doesn't mean that. Background/security check is usually initiated
after selection decision (interview or interview waiver).

3. I don't know as you haven't told us what was so special about your
spouse's interview.

4. If principal applicant can't meet selection criteria then entire family
is refused. If any member of family (principal applicant, dependent spouse
and children) is found inadmissible on criminal, security or medical grounds
then entire family is refused.

5. If you are in IK for more than 6 months then you need to provide police
certificates from UK and security check has to be done there as well,
although it is rather quick in UK.

Mr. Miller,
I received a letter from cic to say they still did not receive the
results from the solicitor office which interviewed my spouse. What is
your opinion and recommendation about it? What can I do to ask for the
results? and do you know how long will it normally take to get this
result?
thanks for your reply again.

Again - you are not telling us what was so special about your wife's
interview and how it went, so I can't even guess anything here.

Sorry, Mr. Miller. She is military staff whose main duty is security
check. She had been interviewed for 2 hours and asking about her job.

This means background/security check is most likely not completed yet.
