Default Thank a lot, Mr. Miller

Hi Mr. Miller,

Thanks very much for your reply. Besides the receipt of previous FedEx
and a cover letter, I enclosed a copy of my passport and a copy of the
application form, both of which present clearly my full name and date
of birth. Anyway, according to your experience, how likely would my
application be returned to me if it only lacks of three photos?

Many thanks,

Jeff

I can't tell you from my experience how likely would your application be
returned as I never had any application submitted for my clients returned.
More - we don't see yet any established pattern under new law clearly
telling us what to expect in situation like yours.

If the pass port pictures were in a envelope I doubt that anyone wil
count them until thay are needed. Generally they will return an
incomplete application shortly, within weeks after filing. Unlike AM
who has a perfect record we had two applications returned in the early
days for missing English langauage submissions.

Thanks very much for your message, Jim. I was wondering if my
application only without sufficient number of photos could be treated
incomplete even I included all other necessary documents. I am afraid
they would return my application at the time when a file number should
be issued given that my application was complete(three months later).
If they would return to me (even I hope not)shortely, that's fine. I
would re-submit it anyway.

Many thanks,

Jeff
