I'm not aware of any requirement for the work to be full time to apply for a Work Permit or for an LMO.

The pay and working conditions must be sufficient to attract a Canadian - i.e. they must conform with industry norms for the tupe of job.

1. Average salary for Bricklayers in BC is $23.48 so if the LMO rate is less than that it probably won't be approved. http://www.labourmarketinformation.c...l=&new_search=
2. It is extremely unlikely that an LMO would be approved for Part Time work.
