Tap help.
Hello everyone, I live in northern Ireland and I hold an Irish passport.
I've been in contact with a farmer in Alberta with regards to working for him.
He has done the 14 days advertising on the government website. He is now in the process of applying for an LMO.
I'm just wondering if he gets a positive LMO back can I take it and his written offer of employment to a Canadian POE and obtain a TWP or is there other forms to be filled in beforehand.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you should be able to turn up and be issued the TWP assuming you are working as an agricultural worker. Agricultural workers from non-designated countries (of which both the UK & Ireland are) do not require medicals, so no need to apply to London.
