Hi everyone!

Does anybody knows about the Substitute Procedure (or something like
that..) for skilled workers applicants? I have heard that is when the
officer that is reviewing your case understands that you are eligible
to get the PR even if you don't have the necessary score...It should
be important having good money for the bank statement as a warranty...
