Dear Andrew,
One of my friends wants to immigrate to Canada on an investors immigration but one of his sons is a subnormal child with physical disability and partial blindness.Are there any medical restrictions for him to immigrate.

It is certainly possible and even likely that this situation will delay or cause the refusal of the application. But, each case is different and it depends on the exact condition of the child.
