Submitting police check later
hello
my husband is a dual National of Spain and the UK. We are finished his application - with the exception of his Spanish police check which is taking forever to get. Can we we submit Our application now and then upload he Spanish certificate when we get it?

I suspect your application will be received, a quick document check will be performed and your application will be returned, unprocessed, because of the missing document. I could be/hope I’m wrong. Someone will be along to correct/confirm me.

If it's one that you've already applied for i.e. EE, and you only have 60 days to submit the full application, then you will have to upload proof of having tried to get it and send it in when it does arrive.
