Default Stupid question about caips notes

This is probably a stupid question - but if i request caips notes for my PR application from ottawa, does it get recorded in the CAIPS ?

I mean i want to get a copy now after i got my IA, but maybe later after the medicals have reached - ill get another updated copy just to be sure.

I was wondering if the visa officer gets to know how many times people have requested caips notes on their application ?

Lastly, does a PR or citizen have to request caips notes ? can an international student request his own caips notes from ottawa ?

Yes. Visa post is notified and in many cases must OK the release of CAIPS printout. Request is recorded in CAIPS file.
