Default studying while working (TWP)

I read somewhere that one of the restrictions on a TWP is that the holder "must not attend any educational Institution or take any academic , professional or vocational training course."
I will be working on a TWP in Montreal; what if I just want to take a French language course for my Quebec PR application under the Quebec Experience Class - does this restriction still apply in my case?

I have no definitive answer to this question, although I believe I have read what I can about TWPs and cant remember this one. Seems ridiculous to me, as that would mean any foreign worker in Canada could not have an induction....

If the course is under 6 months in total - you are good to go. Any more and you would need a study permit.

As far as I understand distance learning, part-time study or full-time under 6mo in legnth is OK. You just can't use a TWP in place of a study permit.
