Study permit

Hi
I was looking for some info , here is the story
I am here on a spousal work visa but I was
hoping to go to college to better my job prospects.
Does anyone have any idea how difficult it would
be to change my work permit to a study permit and
if I did am I correct in saying I would still be liable for
international fees ?
I am 6 months in to a 3 year visa incidentally.

Cheers

You would be liable for international fees. Can't help with the rest but am responding because your avatar suits my mood; I heard Prince Buster on the radio this morning. My guess is that you wouldn't change your work permit, just apply for a study permit. My OH did this by finding a course, applying, and then following the instructions supplied by the college.
