Question Study Out Side Canada

Dear Sir/Madam

Please I sending this issue to you and seeking your urgent advice becouse school will start soon and I would like my children to start on time so please please reply ASAP

Please advice as per Education Act
21. (1) Unless excused under this section,
(a) every child who attains the age of six years on or before the first school day in September in any year shall attend an elementary or secondary school on every school day from the first school day in September in that year until the child attains the age of sixteen years; and
(b) every child who attains the age of six years after the first school day in September in any year shall attend an elementary or secondary school on every school day from the first school day in September in the next succeeding year until the last school day in June in the year in which the child attains the age of sixteen years. R.S.O. 1990, c. E.2, s. 21 (1).
When attendance excused
(2) A child is excused from attendance at school if,
(a) the child is receiving satisfactory instruction at home or elsewhere;
the case
I'm landed emegrate and my children could not cope with the new environment they are 10yr old and 8 and 6 yrs old and thinkink of sending them to study out side DOSE ELSEWHERE MEAN THEY CAN STUDY OUT SIDE CANADA.

Default Re: Study Out Side Canada

Do not mix up education laws with immigration laws. If you send your children abroad to study and they remain more than 3 years away, they would lose their immigration status. If the idea is that they live in Canada then a school in Canada is the better choice. There are many choices.
