Default Stonemason trade?

Hi I've been trying to do my homework and looking at whether giving it a shot in Canada is even remotely possible so I've been looking through visas, NOC blah blah.
Well my other half fits work tops, countertops I think you like to call them over there. Granite, marble and corian. He learnt it on the job, and after looking for certificates and training courses to try get a bit of paper for some credibility, I can't seem to find anything to fit. stone masonry courses are more geered towards making fancy bricks for the outside of buildings and corian is of course plastic anyway! Is there a big market for this over there or any courses in Canada? I found this on a list of applications being accepted, and wonder if it would qualify under this category?
