Hi Kevin,
We were in a similar situation and sent a polite email to CIC a month ago and to our surprise got a reply within 4 hrs with the time difference asking us to send recent photos after which they will send the medical form request. We then received a letter asking for pics and landing fees. Its been 3 weeks since we sent our photos but we are still waitin for those medical request. Lets hope you get some feedback soon. Keep sending emails asking for updates and I am sure it will work.
