Default Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union Form - Expiry?

Hi All,

We are applying for a second Bridging Open Work Permit, as our PR (CEC) application is taking longer than the processing time.

We still have a hard copy of our Common-Law Union form from last year. Does anyone know if we can reuse the same form? It is signed and dated June 2014.

Just trying to save on costs, as CIC are now charging an additional $100 per BOWP.

Cheers!
