Default Status in E-Client

Hi everyone,

Last week, the status in the E-client said my fiance's decision has been
made, and they have mailed the letter abou the decision on the application
to us. I am wondering will the visa office mail this letter by regular
mail, or by register mail?

Regular mail, unless refusal. But it probably takes 2-3 weeks before the
letter is sent.

Thanks for your answer. You mean even there is a day shown on e-client, the
visa office may mail the letter 2-3 weeks before it is sent?

The person who approved the application would send the information to
clerical staff to send out the approval letter. It does not happen
instantly.
