Default Spouse/Common-Law Questionnaire Question 5

Hi Guys,

This is a very helpful forum so far - so I'm going to ask here...
I recently got married, and we're in the process of applying via spouse sponsorship. I've been in Canada for over a year now and during that time I have lived with my (now) wife for over a year. So that would make us "common-law", I guess... as well as married.
Anyways, on the "Spouse/Common-Law Questionnaire" form, question 5 asks "are you in a common-law relationship?".

My question is, although I'm married, are we common-law as well? So do I answer yes or no to this question?
I'd rather not have to find proof of this, as we already seem to have so much crap to send off...

Cheers,
Rich
