I'm filling in the application for spouse sponsorship (outside Canada) and on the third page of the first form I have the option to choose between the visa post (Buffalo) that deals with Canada (provided I've been admited for at least one year) or the visa post that deals with my country (Bucharest).

Checking the processing times I realized that Bucharest is much faster that Buffalo when it comes to spouse sponsorship cases. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/departm...c-spouses.html

Should I request the PR application to be sent to Bucharest or there are other things that need to be taken into account before deciding between these two visa posts?
