Sponsorship
 

Hello, everybody.
I am a Canadian citizen (got citizenship 3 years ago) who has been divorced
for about 7 years. My son (17 years old) lives with my former spouse. He is
in Canada now as a visitor. I'd like to sponsor him (my former spouse agrees
to that). We would like to do it from within Canada. I looked through the
CIC web site but was a little confsed. What are the chances to sponsor im
from within Canada and not outside? I don't want him to go back to his
country of residence. I heard.
