Dear there,

I got my canadian citizenship years ago when I was living in Quebec,

Since 10 years I was living in Egypt. and I got married six months ago. I want to apply for sponsorship for my spouse and live with him in canada, but I want to know where to apply.

for federal canada or for quebec.

Note: I haven't been in quebec for long time and I have no address there and we plan to live outside quebec.

I am in a similar situation. My husband is Canadian, living outside of Canada, and will need to sponsor me.

Then you don't require a CSQ if you are not going to live in Quebec, so you only have to apply through the Federal system.
