Default SOWP - Self employed

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question - I have searched for the answer but to no avail

My wife and I moved to Edmonton around 5 weeks ago, I`m on a TWP tied to my employer and my wife got a Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP)

So shes been offered a part time job but looking at the contract it appears to be on a self employed basis, is this possible on a SOWP, or not?

Thanks in advance

Im not a lawyer sometimes a simple one word answer is all that is required so there can be no confusion or the need to have the answer clarified again.
