I have a SOWP, issued when my husband's work permit was issued. There are conditions on it, one if which is I am not authorised to work in 'health services field occupations'.
My question is does this rule out home care type jobs, where the employee goes into the client's home and helps with various tasks around the home and personal care?
If this is the case is there anything I can do or do I just have to wait until I have PR?

My initial thought would be that unfortunately a home help type position may well come under the umbrella of health care.

I hope I am wrong and that is only my gut instinct above, all owp have that stipulation on them, I think you have to wait for pr to work in any health related field.
