Skilled Worker VS Spousal Application
 

I am a landed immigrant and just married in Bangladesh. My wife has applied
as a skilled worker in 2001 and her application is under process. She is
also qualify for the new point system but has not received even a Medical
call yet from the Canadian Embassy.

Can I transfer her file and processing fee to spousal application? Or I have
start from the scratch? Do we have to cancel her file first or can cancel
after she receive her spousal visa? How long it taking now a spousal
immigration from India?
