haha.. that's funny! We went through SINP, lodged the paperwork in September 2012, got our nomination in October 2012 and arrived Nov 2012. PR application has just been submitted (afraid I was going to run out of time!! lol..) :-)

Hi there,
Wow that's quick We sent application in at end of August 2012, got the file number and are still waiting. Hubs has a job offer and recognised employer but it is a small firm. He is in the skilled worker category though so hope full, fingers crossed not too much longer.

Just interesting to know what others experiences are

How are you enjoying Saskatchewan??

regards

Angela

Hi Biddyk8,

Just a little check in to see how you are getting on with your SINP process? Been checking on other forums too and nothing seems to be moving at the moment. Our consultant suggested that if we had it heard anything by this week he would call the Regina office so, we will wait and see what response that gets : )).

Regards

Angela

We're still in the same place. Although our employer was in Ireland this week with a rep from SINP. He was going to ask them about it during the trip so we might get some kind of update then

We have some movement today on ours. Just got an email about missing documents, went into it and see that original application says withdrawn and there is a new application with a different file number.

Missing document is just a signature so will get a copy of that scanned in work on Monday.

Hopefully this is the start of progress.

Hey have you had an acknowledgement of receipt of the new docs? We sent our on Sat and giving the 2 business days for acknowledgement are still waiting. We just want to check they got them.

They appear to have changed us from skilled worker to a lmo application as we got an lmo because they were taking so long

Not checked yet. We are using a consultant based in Alberta so we had to send originals off to them. When received they will courier all new docs to Regina office. Given the details I got from the post office here I expect them to get the docs today. I will let you know as soon as w have info. Consultant is normally very good, last docs we had send rather than email we're acknowledged at Regina the same day as consultant received them. Does the change from SINP to LMO have a bearing on your application, do the two not run concurrently? Hope it won't cost you time with your nomination.
Good luck for now, hope it all goes well.
Regards
Angela

Default SINP

Hi Everyone,

Just wondered if anyone had heard anything regarding nominations in April? We were asked for updated proof of funds mid March but have heard nothing since, just wondered how everyone else was getting on.

Are you still waiting for your nomination, or are you talking about PR?
