Singapore PPR - Advice Needed (Andrews, Jim, PMM)
Hi,
I got PPR recently from Singapore CHC, and I am currently working in USA. As i have some work exigencies could i send my relative to Singapore with my passport to get the stamping, with an authorization letter? Pl. advise.

why don't you directly email or phone CIC Singapore ?

You can send a relative to the visa office with written authorization and the visa will be issued.
