Default simple question - how AOR is assigned? (for former immigration officers)

Hi everyone,

Again I am bothering you with about the same question.

If I fill the forms and send documents indicating that I have background
knowledge of Franch, but documentation proving it is inconclusive (letter
from Alliance Francaise). Will AOR still be assigned to the file? Or does it
depend on the thouroughness of the immigration officer who checkes the
arriving new file? I am planning to take TEF in a couple of months to have
proof of the skills. Hopefully by then the AOR will be assigned.

I would appreaciate if you share your knowledge.

Another point, when receiving documents, do they really compare all the
places lived with all the police certificates included before assigning AOR?

Thank you in advance for your reply!
EK
