Signing citizenship application for minor

Just double-checking that for the citizenship application that I, as the parent, should sign the physical presence calculator print-off as she's only 6? It's obvious that I sign the application itself.

I was not aware that there is a requirement for a Physical Presence Calculator for minors. We are doing ours and only the adult form requires it not the minor application forms.

1. If a parent is NOT applying at the same time as the minor, and is NOT a Citizen a physical presence calculator is required. The parent signs the calculator. Otherwise if a parent is a citizen or applying at the same time as the minor, the minor doesn't require the calculator.
