Default Should we contact Missisauga yet??? Mr Miller can you advise??

We sent our CL application for sponsorship and PR on August 22. They received (acording to eclient) on August 29. They started to process on September 16.

Eclient just states "In Progress", but we have heard nothing formally from them, no case reference, no acknowledgement, nothing.

It says the processing time is roughly 39 days, but we are way over this now....more like 70 days since receiving.....

Question is, should we send a fax or make a call to check on what is happening or should we continue to sit tight, I don't want to upset them by contacting them unneccessarily.

Does anyone have similar experience or advice they could offer us?

Many thanks, Nikie and James

You should get notification once PR portion of application is forwarded to proper visa post abroad. I would say yes, try to call them if you can get through to real person.
