Hello,

I am being sponsored by my Canadian wife (we both live in the UK) and have got confirmation that it has been passed from Miss to London.

My question is when I sent off the original application I sent my medical but was still waiting my police check.

As I now have the police check should I send it to London or just wait for them to ask?.

I would sent it right away without them asking. That's what we did recently.

Is your Canadian wife also a British citizen? If not, and if she has lived in the UK for 3+ years, she might want to consider becoming a British citizen by naturalisation before she leaves the UK.
