Default Sending FSW.

Hi, BE's

Just a couple of questions, before FSW app sent off this week!!!!!!! ....

1. Just to confirm, we have to send 2 self addressed mailing labels with application, can we just PRINT these off, and attach them as loose lables?

2. Does OH's personal history have to be as detailed as much as principal applicants (Mine)?

3. Iam presuming that CIC are really concerned with Prinicpal Applicant?????

Cheers

1. Yes

2. Yes, the personal history of family members must confirm to the same level of detail as yours

3. No, they arent just concerned with Principal Applicants. Although for a FSW application it is the principal applicant that is assessed on language ability, work experience etc, the spouse/partner is also assessed on education and relatives in Canada for adaptability points. Also, all family members are assessed against inadmissibility so therefore the same detail is required on background declarations for criminal/security checks.

Thanks Paul.

In terms of family members : Would any criminal past regarding family members effect my FSW PR Application? OR regarding sponsorship at a later stage?

1. Your spouse and children definitely, depending on the conviction(s)
2. Parents and Grandparents depending on the degree, it would effect an application for them.
