Default self-employed. do you need experience and knowledge or Proof of income

Hello,

I am looking at immigrating to Canada from the UK using the Self-employed
route. I have a lot of knowledge and experience in running a farm but have
not been getting an income, its a hobby of mine. I help a family friend run
his farm whenever I can. Is this good enough or would I need to show that
I've been employed to work on the farm? My family friend can verify I have
worked on the farm.

Thanks in advance,

Mr Gill.

Having a hobby doesn't constitute having relevant experience in running a
farm. But note that having well documented relevant experience is not
enough - you must also demonstrate your financial ability to purchase a farm
in Canada.
