Default Schedule A Background/Declaration IMM 5669

Hi there

I'm applying via the Family Class method for perm residency as my wife is a Canadian citizen. I noticed on the above form it states the spouse (and any children over 18) also have to complete the form. This seems to contradict the guidance notes which says if the spouse is the sponsor they do not have to be included as a family member.

Could someone please confirm either way?

Many thanks

Your spouse does not have to complete this form but you do have to mention her on your form.
